Turnkey focuses on helping many of the largest organisations in the world protect themselves from cyber attacks, better manage enterprise risks and improve their identity and access management processes. With a global client base, Turnkey provides specialist expertise around the security of business- critical systems, such as SAP.

 

ROMI has worked with Turnkey since 2017. Acting as an extension of the team, we've taken full responsibility for the end-to-end marketing programme, across the United Kingdom, Australia, France, Germany, Malaysia, Singapore and the United States.

How we help

Our first project with Turnkey was a proof-of-concept to develop 'Bedrock' - their GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) managed service proposition. We developed the name, sub-brand, messaging and content led by a competitor assessment and internal value proposition workshops. This process, along with interviews with around ten customers and prospects, informed a compelling sales story to bring the Bedrock sub-brand to life.

Since then, our relationship has gone from strength to strength. We now take care of Turnkey’s entire thought leadership and lead nurturing programme. This includes working with Turnkey’s subject matter experts to extract their insights, turning these insights into compelling content, and distribution via multiple channels.

Through our UPOV (Unique Point of View) process, we help Turnkey create easy to digest insights from sometimes very complicated propositions. Importantly, this process also ensures insights are expert-led, making content a true representation of Turnkey’s expertise - which in turn, helps the business establish themselves as a true thought leader in their space.

Making sure Turnkey’s whitepapers, blogs, webinars and virtual events get into the hands of their customers and potential customers is also a key part of the programme. We handle Turnkey’s distribution across a variety of channels, including email, social, paid social, SEO and PPC to deliver their expertise to an informed, relevant business audience.

Over the time we’ve been working with Turnkey, this has led to the production of thousands of MQLs, but we don’t stop there. Making sure it’s easy for Turnkey’s customers to buy when they are ready, is a critical part of the conversion process. That’s why we’ve turned Turnkey’s website into a buyer-enabled experience, offering visitors several opportunities to engage when they’re in the buying process. Through forms, chatbots, and meeting booking tools, Turnkey’s customers know exactly how to take the next step, converting MQLs into fully qualified sales-ready leads.

Through this strategy, Turnkey has built a sizeable audience of highly engaged contacts in the majority of its target accounts - across key functions such as risk management, internal controls, audit, compliance, application security, identity management & cyber security.

Our partnership has yielded thousands of MQLs and huge interest in Turnkey’s content and thought leadership. We've also worked closely with the sales function to establish a seamless process for lead nurturing and conversion. However, the strength of our relationship perhaps yielded its biggest reward amid the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic.

We worked closely with Turnkey to navigate the disruption, moving away from physical events and instead hosted four virtual conferences in just 12 months - attracting more than
750 attendees. Through this work, we have helped establish Turnkey as a leading voice in SAP security and risk management. Today, many global businesses trust Turnkey as the go-to- company in their field - despite stiff competition from the Big 4 and global systems integrators.
