SCC serves some of the biggest private and public-sector organisations in the UK and beyond with managed IT services and solutions. And big-hitting customers want big-hitting content.

SCC has been enabling business agility and transformation since 1975, and today specialises in cloud services, cyber security, digital workplace and software. Its workforce of more than 5500 employees, and relationships with over 300 technology vendors worldwide, allows it to deliver solutions in a fast-changing world. So it’s fair to say they’ve got some stories to tell. 

How we help

Overview

We started working with SCC in the summer of 2020, beginning with a refresh of existing buyer enablement content. The success of this has been the catalyst for an ongoing and very close working relationship with SCC’s internal marketing team, including their Marketing Director, their Digital Campaign Manager. We now produce thought leadership, buyer enablement and partner content across all of SCC’s key verticals and technology areas.

What we do

Whether it’s web pages, brochures, blogs or factsheets, we work hard to turn around engaging, incisive content for SCC on a very regular basis. We collaborate with their internal subject matter experts, who give us their written ‘Unique Point Of View’ on a particular topic, and interview them to gain further information. From this, we quickly develop written content with unique angles, standing SCC’s expertise out in a busy business tech marketplace.

Driving new ideas

We’ve partnered with SCC to help make the world of technology more sustainable. SCC leads the way with its Recyclea programme for asset recycling, remarketing and refurbishment, and the interactive brochure we developed for them demonstrates to businesses how ‘green’ their IT usage and investment can be. By understanding what’s important to SCC and to their customers, we’re better placed to bring their ideas and content to life.

Results

Great content, constant flow

Fast forward a few years and we’ve established ourselves as SCC’s go-to agency for thought leadership and buyer enablement content. We’ve established ourselves as their voice of authority and trusted expertise across the business IT industry, which is why SCC has worked with us to develop nearly 100 separate pieces of content in 2023 alone, plus many more pieces of related partner content.

Inform and educate

With so much content being produced every month, we have the chance to stand SCC out not only as a thought leader, but as an educator, too. We regularly create informative, educational content that offers unique insights for their customers, assists in nurturing their long-term trusted partnerships, and helps to convert new business opportunities.
