How we help
Overview
Our first project with Turnkey was a proof-of-concept to develop 'Bedrock' - their GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) managed service proposition. We developed the name, sub-brand, messaging and content led by a competitor assessment and internal value proposition workshops. This process, along with interviews with around ten customers and prospects, informed a compelling sales story to bring the Bedrock sub-brand to life.

Growth through thought leadership
Since then, our relationship has gone from strength to strength. We now take care of Turnkey’s entire thought leadership and lead nurturing programme. This includes working with Turnkey’s subject matter experts to extract their insights, turning these insights into compelling content, and distribution via multiple channels.
Through our UPOV (Unique Point of View) process, we help Turnkey create easy to digest insights from sometimes very complicated propositions. Importantly, this process also ensures insights are expert-led, making content a true representation of Turnkey’s expertise - which in turn, helps the business establish themselves as a true thought leader in their space.

Content distribution
Making sure Turnkey’s whitepapers, blogs, webinars and virtual events get into the hands of their customers and potential customers is also a key part of the programme. We handle Turnkey’s distribution across a variety of channels, including email, social, paid social, SEO and PPC to deliver their expertise to an informed, relevant business audience.

Engaged contacts
Over the time we’ve been working with Turnkey, this has led to the production of thousands of MQLs, but we don’t stop there. Making sure it’s easy for Turnkey’s customers to buy when they are ready, is a critical part of the conversion process. That’s why we’ve turned Turnkey’s website into a buyer-enabled experience, offering visitors several opportunities to engage when they’re in the buying process. Through forms, chatbots, and meeting booking tools, Turnkey’s customers know exactly how to take the next step, converting MQLs into fully qualified sales-ready leads.
Through this strategy, Turnkey has built a sizeable audience of highly engaged contacts in the majority of its target accounts - across key functions such as risk management, internal controls, audit, compliance, application security, identity management & cyber security.
