OUR APPROACH

Autaro is an automation specialist, helping businesses of all types implement cutting-edge technology and accelerate their digital strategies. With Autaro’s help, its customers seize opportunities for software development and solutions that optimise process efficiency.

Autaro was established in 2023 and has worked with ROMI from its inception. Autaro was building and promoting the company from scratch, with the goal of establishing a renowned brand. They came to ROMI for help with strategic marketing, brand awareness building, voice and identity establishment, and to better understand its target audience.

Artificial intelligence and automation is a fast-moving, competitive industry with several large established players, and a range of agile, private equity-backed startups. Autaro’s biggest initial challenge was to pin down its ideal customer profile and value proposition quickly, so it could establish product market fit early on. ROMI’s expertise meant this process could be expedited, alongside the website development project.

Branding

ROMI was at the forefront of shaping Autaro’s brand identity from day one. This included the brand name, visual identity, initial strategy, messaging, and its central methodology: “Map, Automate, Transform”. We developed a unique voice for Autaro by researching market opportunities,  developing a clear value proposition, designing the brand image and website, and creating thought leadership content ready for launch.

Technical support

With the branding firmed up, ROMI was able to get to work on more technical matters, including the Autaro website, developed and implemented in Hubspot. This took place alongside detailed data cleansing and optimisation, including sourcing third-party data and importing it into sector-specific lists in HubSpot, covering the Legal, Accounting and SMB industries. We also crafted a custom email template and header to allow Autaro to leverage its data and branding.

Content creation

ROMI’s work with Autaro is ongoing, as we play a leading role in its long-term content creation strategy. We develop compelling thought leadership content, including impactful white papers and engaging blogs, based on detailed subject matter expert interviews and diligent desk research. We have also designed and created a comprehensive sales story and presentation, which align seamlessly with Autaro’s distinctive branding.
